Sally and Tony welcome you to Heathfield Park.

We aim to give Bed and Breakfast accommodation to rival the best hotel standards but with the personal touch.

We are in a rural setting with beautiful views yet only 2.5 miles from the M5 Junction 30. 1.5 miles from West Point. 5-10 minutes from Exeter International Airport.

The Rooms

We offer superior en-suite accommodation in delightful spacious rooms. Which include free WiFi access, large television, radio, hairdryer, alarm clock, tea/coffee facilities, magazines and safe iron/board.

In the summer months guests can take advantage of the garden/patio with tables chairs and parosel to relax and enjoy the open views with the birds singing.

If on business to relax and unwind with a cup of tea or glass of wine.

Our Prices

Rooms will be available from 3pm, earlier by prior arrangement. Check out by 10.30am
Rooms are Double /Twins but are available for Single occupancy.

Double/Twins from £65.00 per room per night.
Single room from £42.00 prpn

Special Rates for bookings for 4 nights and over.

Full English breakfast (of your choice) is included in the above rates Using Fresh Local Produce where possible even the Honey for your toast.

How to find us

Instructions from Exeter Service Area (MOTO) at Junction 30 on M5:

At the Junction 30 roundabout take the exit onto A376/Sidmouth Rd. Continue to follow A376 (signposted Exmouth, Sidmouth)
At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A3052 (signposted Seaton, Sidmouth)
At Westpoint turn right onto Oilmill Lane
Keep going on Oilmill Lane until you see the Heathfield Park on your right. This will be the third right. It is exactly 1 and a half miles from A3052.
