Although close to the airport it is virtually undisturbed by aircraft noise since it is well away from the flight path at Stansted. High Trees is a modern chalet-style house, set back from the road with ample parking for overnight guests.   Full English breakfast is served from 7 to 9a.m. in a spacious lounge/diner. Early departures are offered a tray breakfast. The local pub is 2 minutes walk away and offers a varied menu. Surrounding villages offer a variety of excellent pub restaurants. The MII (junction 8) is just 3 miles away and offers quick access to London and Cambridge.
