Hillbrow House, Cowes, Front of HotelHillbrow is a small, family run establishment situated on the outskirts of the internationally famous yachting centre of Cowes. It enjoys wide views over open farmland to the Solent beyond, yet is only two minutes drive away from the town centre. The sea is within easy walking distance.

All bedrooms, most of which are en-suite are centrally heated and are provided with tea/coffee making facilities and colour television. There is a comfortable guest's lounge in which you may relax, read or enjoy the company of friends.

Hillbrow is an ideal base from which to explore the "Garden Isle" nowhere being more than half an hour's drive away. The Island, which is renowned for its favourable climate, boasts beautiful countryside and breathtaking scenery and has over sixty miles of ever changing coastline including several safe sandy beaches. There are numerous places of interest to suit all tastes and ages making the Island an ideal holiday destination.

Cowes itself is a fascinating town and is recognized as the world's premier yachting centre. As such there is invariably a hive of activity on the waterfront to enjoy, with pleasure and racing craft in abundance. Huge container and cruise ships can also be viewed entering Southampton Water. The town has a wide selection of pubs and restaurants and is also home to many famous yachting clubs including the Royal Yacht Squadron, reputed to be the most exclusive club in the world. Close by is Osbourne House, the country retreat of Queen Victorian, where she spent the latter part of her life.
