We have been fortunate enough to have just moved to this area, and we would like to extend a warm welcome to all our guests. We hope you find an extremely comfortable family run guesthouse, and invite you to share in the experience of this vibrant place. Everything is on your doorstep, we are a five minute walk into the town centre, harbour, beach, cliff walks and good restaurants, etc. Or an excellent base to visit the many famous landmarks within North Yorkshire.

Private parking is available to the side of the guesthouse. This is a non-smoking household.

All our rooms are ensuite, with complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. Also, each room is equipped with a colour television & hairdryer.

Four Poster & Executive Rooms - £95.00 per night per room

Double Room - £75.00 per night per room

All rooms are ensuite and prices are based on two people sharing and include breakfast

Three night midweek break available, £10 per night discount. (Cannot include Friday or Saturday nights, also excluding Easter, July & August)

There will be a supplement of £10.00 per child, £5.00 for a cot

(Please note only the four poster/deluxe rooms are used as family rooms when required)

Single Supplement - Double Rooms £45.00, Other Rooms £55.00

Cancellation policy is 48 hours notice or more to receive a refund of deposit. Less than 48 hours will result in the loss of deposit, or a charge made for the room.
