Located in the Heart of England, Hill Farm commands panoramic views over the Worcestershire countryside and has provided peace and comfort since 1704.

In transforming the fine old house and buildings, from a working farm, into Hill Farm House we have created superbly appointed bed and breakfast accommodation in a tranquil, mature setting that still retains the farm's pastoral qualities.

Hill Farm House stands in its own seventeen acres of gardens and pasture, a quarter of a mile along Dormston Lane from the A422, well away from the traffic noise.

All of the guest rooms are spacious and have

Prices quoted are inclusive of full English breakfast although a continental breakfast is also available.

Children
We accept up to two children sharing your room at an extra cost of £10.00 per child per night.

Booking
A deposit is not normally required. However when multiple rooms are booked a deposit of 50% will be requested.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, 10 days notice is required or a charge will be raised on the first nights booking.

Smoking
For a pleasant environment and everyone's health and comfort residents are requested not to smoke. We also request that you make alternative arrangements for your pets whilst you are staying with us.

Payment
Payment is to be made on departure by cash or cheque only.
