Hillview is a small family run guest house, where a warm & friendly welcome awaits you in our 17th century extended crofters cottage. Providing all the modern comforts, it's a perfect setting for your visit. Situated overlooking the shores of Loch Linnhe and with views of the Ardgour Hills we are just 1.5 miles south of Fort William town centre.

Guests can enjoy a leisurely walk into town along the loch side, or if feeling a little more adventurous Ben Nevis is just a short drive for walkers and climbers. Birdwatching, golf, fishing, ski-ing and cycling are also widely enjoyed in this area.

Our bedrooms

Our 8 cosy bedrooms are tastefully furnished, and for complete comfort all rooms have TV, tea & coffee facilities, hairdryers and clock radios.

We have double, twin, family and single bedrooms all with en-suite or private bathrooms, and some of our rooms command wonderful views of the Loch.

Ground floor accommodation is suitable for disabled visitors.

Dining and Lounge

Guests can enjoy the delights of a hearty breakfast in the surroundings of our Loch view dining room where part of the original stone wall can be seen. Breakfast is served from 07.45 to 08.45.

Vegetarian & special dietary requirements can be catered for.
