Our aim is to ensure that all our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay by providing personal attention to each of their needs and requirements. We pride ourselves that many of our guests have returned year after year.

Our hotel is ideally located for an easy stroll along the beach or into St Annes town centre with its shops, restaurants and many attractions and amenities.

We are a non smoking hotel.

Bedrooms

In order to ensure a warm comfortable stay we have a range of en-suite single, twin, double and family rooms all tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard.
Each room is double glazed and has thermostat control radiator for individual temperature control.

All our rooms have a remote controlled colour television.

Clean fresh towels are provided daily.
Our complimentary hospitality trays offer generous supplies of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk and sugar (both White & Demerara).

Oh yes..... and individual packets of biscuits.

Dining

In our light and spacious dining room, which has been recently re-decorated, be treated to personal and attentive service in a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.
We offer a variety of delicious traditional home cooked cuisine prepared by Debbie who is an experienced fully qualified chef.

Our food is based on home cooking and only quality brands and fresh produce is used.
We cater for both individual and group dining.
High chairs are available on request.
We endeavour to keep our breakfast times as flexible as possible to reflect individual requirements.
However, our evening meals are served at 6pm.
Please order the evening meals in advance as they are specially prepared for you.

Guest Lounge

Recently re-decorated and re-furbished our guest lounge has been designed to maintain a traditional Edwardian atmosphere with its high ceiling, characteristic fire place and authentic furniture. Ideal if you want to stay in relaxing by the fire.

Sun Lounge

The adjacent sun lounge with its sunny aspect creates an ideal place to relax and watch the world go by.

What else we offer:

To make life a bit easier chair lifts are fitted providing access to all floors for those who need a little help.
Wireless Internet access is now available throughout the hotel.
We have off road forecourt car park for guest's use.
Guests have access to the hotel at all times.
Hair dryers, irons and ironing boards are available on request.

Directions

From M6

At Junction 32 turn onto the M55.
Follow the M55 past Junction 4 to its end.
At the round about (with the metal statues) turn left onto Progress Way (A5230). Follow the signs for Squires Gate/Blackpool Airport.
Continue past the airport (on your left), over the bridge you will come to a T-junction facing the sea.
Turn left onto Clifton Drive North (A584), continue past Pontins on the left after the second set of lights we are situated 100 yards on the left.
Opposite The Drive Methodist Church.

From Preston (A59)

Take the A584 to Lytham St.Annes passing through Freckleton and Warton.
Follow the coast road, passing Lytham Green & Windmill on left hand side.
Continue along the road passing the White Church on your left.
After approximately a mile and a half, we are situated on the right hand side, opposite The Drive Methodist Church.
