Standing proud on top of Kirkley Cliff and overlooking Lowestoft's award winning 'Blue Flag' Beaches, The Hotel Victoria is located less than a mile south of the CBD, making it ideally situated for tourists and business.

Built in 1987, the hotels Victorian exterior is complimented by a bright, modernized interior. The 24 en suite rooms offer a range of options including breathtaking sea views and family rooms.

'Coast' restaurant offers imaginative, seasonal food sourced locally whenever possible, served in a contemporary, relaxed environment. The Hotel Victoria also offer exceptional facilities for banqueting, weddings, seminars and corporate events, all venues overlook the gardens and some with panoramic views.

Accommodation at the Hotel Victoria

The 24 well appointed en-suite rooms provide digital television, modem point telephones, tea and coffee making facilities, trouser presses, hairdryers and complimentary toiletries. We also offer 24 hour room service to help ensure that your stay with us is truly relaxing.

A range of bathroom options include a choice of showers over bath or walk in showers and a Jacuzzi bath in The Victoria room.

You will receive a fruit basket, mineral waters, DVD player, bathrobes, upgraded luxury toiletries and a complimentary newspaper each day of your stay. The Victoria Room offers all of the above with a four poster bed, Lounge area, 2 plasma screen televisions and a Jacuzzi bath.

A lift accesses all floors and we have an accessibility rating 1 by the East of England Tourist Board.

Restaurant & Bar

Coast is a modern, contemporary lounge bar and restaurant providing the highest standards of food and service. Relax and soak up the atmosphere with stunning sea views while our attentive, friendly team make you feel at home.

Head Chef, Stuart Fisher and his kitchen brigade pride themselves on preparing realistically priced, imaginative British seasonal cuisine sourced locally where possible. Local fish, cheese, Dingley Dell pork and seasonal items such as game and asparagus feature strongly on the menus which change regularly and are supplemented by specials made up of, amongst others daily catches and shellfish.

The 'Coastside' room offers the facilities for private dining and business lunches or dinner for a maximum of 25 guests.

Our wines are selected from growers around the world and represent exceptional value and upcompromising quality. The full list, with the exception of vintage Champagne, is available by the glass offering flexibility and the option of tasting wines you might otherwise avoid trying/ordering.

Conferences at the Hotel Victoria

The Hotel Victoria has a variety of venues to cater for any occasion, corporate or private.
We offer exceptional facilities for banqueting, weddings, seminars and corporate events, all venues overlook the gardens and some with panoramic sea views. We can cater for between 2 and 200 guests.

Our dedicated and professional Conference and Events team with help plan, and guide you through your programme and will be on site throughout the event.

You will have access to a large range of conference aids such as media projectors, screens, flipcharts and video/DVD players. Any additional IT/conference equipment can be sourced.
