James Guest House operates as a self-serve Bed & Breakfast with a Self-Catering Option where patrons have full use of a guest kitchen and lounge. James House offers a warm welcome in stylish and relaxing accommodation in Coleshill, with individually designed rooms. Each room has quality features such as colour TVs, DVD players, Tea and coffee facilities in each room, self-serve breakfast and a welcoming guest lounge. Also available is a 1 double bedroom ground floor garden suite with Jacuzzi bathroom and large private lounge with large colour TV and free view. James House is situated in an attractive, cul-de-sac tucked well away from noise and traffic within a short walk of the Wheatsheaf public house with Beefeater restaurant, and within walking distance of Coleshill’s various inns, restaurants and shops with its charming market town ambiance.

Accommodation

James House has been transformed with care and complemented by quality furnishings and fittings with relaxing neutral colours, individually planned rooms and functional guest areas, all designed to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We have our own private off road car park and all rooms are non-smoking.

All rooms are centrally heated and feature colour Televisions, DVD Players, Contemporary En-suites, Brand new Furniture and Quality Beds, Luxurious Cotton Bedding, toiletries, tea / coffee making facilities and radio alarm clocks. Hairdryers and Irons are also available free of charge. The comfortable Guest Lounge features a 32inch Television with DVD player and Freeview. The large welcoming, guest kitchen has excellent facilities with self-serve Continental Breakfast available to suit you and tea / coffee facilities available all day. Our Garden is also a lovely peaceful place to relax on a sunny day.

Booking Conditions:
Credit card details or a deposit equivalent to 50% of stay will secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy:
14 days notice is required; otherwise a full cancellation charge will be incurred if we are unable to re-let the room.

Check In:
Check in time start at 2 pm and check out will be until 10.00 am. However late check out can be arranged and we would be happy to look after your luggage. Single occupancy supplement applies to double rooms.

The location of James House makes it perfect for visiting the NEC or Birmingham International Airport and Railway Station, which are only 2miles away, accessible by bus, car or taxi. The new Coleshill Train Station due to open shortly is less than a mile away. The position of James House to the motorway network cannot be beaten, as it is 0.5 miles from Hams Hall, M6, M42, M6 Toll and A45. Coleshill is a quaint market town and is 15 mins from Birmingham, 20 mins from Coventry and 15 mins from Tamworth.
