The Joys of Life is a 10 acre Country Park and Wild Life Nature Reserve, with its own small lovely lake. (This is 200 yards from the house but is unfenced and deep). It is situated at the foot of the Nant Francon Pass that runs through the picturesque Snowdonia National Park.

It is also within a few miles of the North Wales coastline where several sandy beached and water sports are available as well as a number of Medieval Castles. Several National Trust Properties are close by.

Low season: £1450 per week or £285 per night (2 nights minimum).
Mid season: £1495 per week or £310 per night.
High season: £1695 per week or £350 per night (min 3 nights)
Christmas & New Year 2012/2013: £375 per night (min 3 nights)
No smoking permitted indoors.

Wheelchair access, facilities for mobility-impaired guests.
Saturday to Saturday lets, or shorter stays out of season.
Low season: £595.00 per week or £100 per night (2 nights minimum)
High season: £695 per week or £120 per night (3 nights minimum)
