Welcome to the peace and tranquillity of our 17th Century Listed Cottage on the outskirts of the village of Wootton,
Bedfordshire which is 5 miles from Bedford, 10 minutes from the M1 Junction 13 and 15 minutes from the A1 motorway.

We have ample off road parking and garden in which to relax.

Cranfield College is 15 minutes away by car, Milton Keynes is 25 minutes and Luton Airport is 50 minutes.
