About our guest house.
We are a small, family run guest house, located just a short walk from Chester's historic city centre.
The proprieters, Jo and Gary Briggs will provide you with a warm welcome. This victorian property has recently been sympathetically refurbished, offering a range of single, double, twin and family rooms.
Each room has been tastefully furnished and equipped with en suite shower , LCD TV, radio alarm, hairdryer and complimentry tea and coffee making facilities. For your convenience FREE off-street parking is available, as well as FREE internet access.
Rooms are available to book throughout the year and we accept single night reservations upon request. Rooms range from £35 to £75, inclusive of complimentry full English breakfast. Kilmorey Lodge provides an ideal starting point for your break.

Location
Chester railway station is situated approximately a 10 minute walk from Kilmorey Lodge. Exit station, turn right and use steps to access Hoole Road. At the top of the steps turn immediatly right and Kilmorey Lodge is situated on the left hand side of Hoole Road, opposite Hoole Library.
Directions from M53, Exit Junction 12 and at roundabout take 3rd exit towards hoole. At second roundabout take second exit and Kilmorey Lodge can be found within approximately 3/4 mile. |
