A warm welcome always awaits at our family run bed and breakfast establishment.

We pride ourselves in making your stay as comfortable as possible. All rooms have comfortable beds, colour televisions, hand basins, and tea and coffee making facilities. Ironing board/Iron available.

Close by is Norton's historic Village with its delightful duck pond and parade of Victorian and Georgian buildings.

Our breakfast is now renowned and we only use quality locally produced sausage and free range eggs from our local farm.

Although we do not provide evening meals there is a vase array of local restaurants close by.

We have parking facilities at the front of the hotel and have excellent links with rail, buses and taxis.

We have a lot of local knowledge which is always quite handy especially if you are coming to work in the area.

We are on the edge of Norton Village and all the facilities are within walking distance.
We are on the A 139 Billingham to Stockton Road just 2 minutes from the A19.
We are ½ mile from Stockton and ½ mile from Billingham. We are approximately 1 mile from North Tees Hospital and 3 miles from Middlesbrough.
