Welcome to the Kynance House
Kynance House will supply all "Brittany Ferry" passengers embarking on the early ferry to either France or Spain with a Full English Breakfast before departing.
Terminal entrance only 750 metres from the house.
Full English or Continental Breakfast Mon.-Fri. 7 - 9am Sat. & Sun. 7-10am

Directions
Upon entering Plymouth, follow Continental Ferryport signs Outside the Ferryport main entrance you will find a mini roundabout Take the first exit from the roundabout and follow the road to the next mini-roundabout Take the second exit which will be signposted "The Hoe" (Citadel Road West) The Kynance House is 2-300 yards (metres) along, the last building on the left hand side, painted cream.
Visitors coming by train or bus: The Kynance House is only a five minute taxi ride from either bus or train station. If you prefer to walk then Plymouth Hoe is a 15 minute walk from either location.
