 E-mail Establishment Lattice Lodge is very conveniently positioned on one of the major roads from the town centre, easily reached by bus from the rail station, coach station, or by car. We are also located on the Route 66 Bus from Ipswich rail station to BT Martlesham.
Originally built as a Doctors surgery and residence in 1908, the present owners have retained most of the original features and spaciousness, whilst extensively modernizing and updating.
Comfortable single, double and twin rooms, together with a family room enable us to cater for any individuals staying on business for the week, or for those on leisure weekend breaks. Ample space is provided for your vehicle in the car park at the front of the Lodge. |
We have ground floor twin rooms, one of which is suitable for independent wheelchair access and overlooks the garden.
All rooms are warm and furnished to a high standard, all having en suite facilities, complementary tea and coffee, clock radio alarms, remote control televisions and writing/study desks. Easy connection to the Internet for business travelers or anyone who brings in his or her own laptop, no dial-up, no plugs, no wires.

There is and attractive dining room where we offer a wide choice for breakfast and cater for most diets.
Additionally a large comfortable conservatory is available for
guest to relax in and this overlooks the landscaped rear garden.

We keep a selection of tourist leaflets within the guest house for you to peruse and we are usually on hand to provide any advice on eating establishment in surrounding areas.
With constable country on the doorstep, the timbered town of Lavenham historical Bury St Edmunds, and the attractive seaside towns of Aldeburgh, Southwold and Dunwich, Ipswich makes for a perfect short break destination .

Payment can be made by cash or cheque as unfortunately we are unable to except credit cards. Cheques payable to Lattice Lodge if you please.Whilst we will do our best to accommodate individual requirements, "booking in" is normally between midday and 10.00 p.m. A time of arrival would be helpful.
We appreciate rooms being vacated by 10.30 a.m on the day of departure, unless previous arrangements have been made.
