Li'le Hullets

Li'le Hullets Bed & Breakfast is a 400 year old former Westmorland farm house. It has recently been completely restored and refurbished, offering a very high standard of accommodation throughout. The refurbishment has retained all the original features, including:

• a traditional oak beamed lounge
• the original oak staircases
• an oak court cupboard as it was known, dated 1683
• a unique spice cupboard
• a recently discovered bread oven in the lounge

Li'le Hullets Bed & Breakfast is situatued in the quiet rural village of Staveley, in the Lake District National Park, in between the old market town of Kendal and Windermere.

Staveley is located directly off the A591, and offers easy access to motorways and all major Lake District routes.

The walker's paradise of Kentmere Valley is only 3 miles away.

The village offers most amenities, including:

• 3 local pubs, all of which serve good food
• Railway station, (hourly trains to Kendal and Windermere).

Attic Room

An additional double bed room, created amid the beams in the attic. It is reached by an unusual wooden staircase.

• This room is not ensuite, but has exclusive use of the bathroom on the 1st floor
• Other facilities as noted above

All guests have use of the TV Lounge / Breakfast room. Li'le Hullets is fully central heated throughout.

Attic room from £20 per night per person.
