The ground floor double bedroom leads to a private patio area with patio furniture, barbeque stand and use of a 6x4' shed.

The kitchen/dining room is equipped with kitchen and dining facilities including:

The stairs from the kitchen diner lead to the first floor gallery twin bedroom.

The ground floor also has a bathroom with over bath shower.
