Ruth and Steve and the cats offer you a warm welcome at Longacre Bed and Breakfast.
Longacre is a family home set in a quiet, peaceful, country village south of the A27 between Arundel and Chichester. There is ample private parking and a very good village pub just minutes away.

Accommodation includes 2 double rooms and a twin/family room, all rooms are non-smoking and all have en-suite shower facilities, colour Television, hairdryer, and radio/clock alarm and hospitality tray.
We offer in our comfortable conservatory both a Longacre Full English Breakfast and a Longacre Light Breakfast all served with homemade jams and marmalades.
Vegetarians are catered for.

Arundel lies 4 miles (approx) to the east and is renowned for its impressive 11th century castle, beautiful cathedral and its numerous antique shops. It is also home to the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust, which has over 1000 swans and other birds.
The Roman City of Chichester lies 6 miles (approx) to the west. It is famous for its 900-year-old cathedral. It's internationally renowned Festival Theatre and its quality shops. Just to the north of the city is Goodwood. The house and grounds are host to the many prestigious events each year. ie. Festival of Speed, the largest celebration of the history of motor sport in the world and the Goodwood revival meetings on the motor circuit.
Goodwoods beautiful racecourse, Glorious Goodwood hosts the best known weeks in the horse - racing calendar, as well as many other racing events.
All of this and more including the coast and the South Downs are just a few minutes from our welcoming door.

Directions

If you are coming eastbound from Chichester (A27), or southbound from London (A29), come to Fontwell Roundabout, exit for Bognor Regis (A29), then take 2nd left into Eastergate Lane. Carry on to the end of the lane to the junction by the duck pond. Go straight on and we are the 5th house on the left-hand side behind a 6ft fence with conifer hedge.

If you are approaching westbound from Arundel (A27) turn off at Tye Lane, immediately after the junction of the B2132 road to Yapton. Go to the end T-junction, turn right and we are approximately a quarter of a mile along on the right hand side after Field Close.

NB. These directions are the easiest way to find us. Local road signs may differ slightly.
