The Longshore Guest House is a beautiful grade two listed building facing the sea, four of our six rooms have one of the best panoramic sea views in Lowestoft.

All our rooms are furnished to a very high standard, they all have tea and coffee making facilities with biscuits, radio alarms and colour television.

All our double rooms are en suite and all our single rooms have private facilities.

All our double rooms have small fridges, hair dryers, iron and ironing boards. All our rooms have soap, shampoo and shampoo and shower gel. We give clean towels everyday, and will do everything we can to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible.

Rooms are available from 12 noon on the day of arrival and will be held until 6pm unless we are informed of a late arrival time.

The Longshore Guest House is easy to find situated on the A12, we have double yellow lines in front of us but you can park for a few minutes to unload your car and we will then direct you to our car park.
