Situated north of Kendal on the A6, just inside the Lake District National Park. There is easy access to the Lakes, The Yorkshire Dales, The Eden Valley and also en-route for Scotland.

There are five double/twin bedrooms with good views of the garden - four are en-suite, two are on the ground floor. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities.

Guests have their own very comfortable lounge, with television, which is well stocked with maps and books for walkers and motorists.

Dinners are by arrangement, excellent home cooking using fresh produce (vegetarians catered for). We serve Dinner at 7.30pm and have a residential licence.

You are welcome and assured of a relaxing atmosphere to unwind for a few days. We know the Lakes and surrounding areas well and are more than happy to give you ideas for your holiday with us.
