It is a former Victorian Manse having been built in the late 19th Century and is set in approx half an acre of garden.

At the back of the house is parking for approx 10 cars and a garage for storing bicycles. The large garden makes a pleasant spot to sit during fine weather.

In 1404 Owain Glyndwr established a Welsh Parliament and the original Parliament building stands to this day and houses a Brass Rubbing and Owain Glyndwr centre.
