Our late Georgian family home (circa 1830) is set in a quiet residential street just ten minutes stroll from Canterbury city centre with its magnificent cathedral, and many places of historic interest.

All of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities. One room has a king-size bed with bath, shower, handbasin and WC, whilst the other double/twin and single have either a bath or shower, handbasin and WC.

All rooms have colour TVs, hairdryers, fridges and complimentary wine and mineral water on arrival.

The Garden Room has a Queen-Sized Four Poster bed, corner bath with shower, toilet, bidet and handbasin and is situated on the ground floor.

Breakfast is a generous meal and caters for all diets. Fresh local produce is used whenever possible. Enjoy choosing from a wide selection of fresh fruits, yoghurt, cereals and juices, followed by a breakfast of your choice - perhaps a traditional English breakfast or maybe fish, or a continental; plenty of fresh coffee or speciality teas are served to your table.

Guests have their own keys and have free access throughout the day to their bedrooms and the guest sitting room, which is well stocked with books, magazines, board games, tourist information and sample menus from local restaurants all within easy walking distance.

We enjoy talking with our guests, many of whom are on return visits or have been recommended to us by friends.
