The Maple House, Purley

The Maple House is a character detached double-fronted property built in 1924 with large rear garden containing numerous maple trees, some rare. The locality is a good class leafy residential area situated in the London Borough of Croydon (South London), Croydon being a renowned shopping centre with many branches of Central London stores.

Trains to central London are frequent, the journey taking about twenty five minutes. Gatwick airport is about 18 km.

We have a rating of four Stars given by the East of England Tourist Board.

Rooms are en suite with colour televisions, fridges, tea and coffee making facilities, Austrian crystal chandeliers, Axminster/Wilton carpetting. Our standard breakfast is orange juice, cereal, cooked English breakfast, toast and marmalade, tea or coffee, although some residents may prefer a lighter breakfast.Evening meals by arrangement.

There is a pergola in the attractive rear garden with hardwood furniture where visitors can sit. a large driveway exists with parking for numerous vehicles.
