Your hosts Marge & Gerald welcome you to our bed & breakfast. We will offer you our individual care & attention & you will be assured of a warm welcome at all times.
We are keen golfers and our local golf course Bognor Regis Golf Club which is an 18 hole parkland course (built in 1892) is just a par three away.
We aim to make your stay as pleasant & comfortable as we can & will endeavour to accommodate any reasonable requests.
Rooms
All rooms are modern and of a high standard with en-suite facilities, comfortable beds, tea/coffee making facilities, digital flat screen televisions (all including freeview & radio channels), hairdryer & use of iron & ironing board. We also have Internet access and WiFi available.
All bedrooms are on the ground floor, we have a lovely garden and large patio area where you can have breakfast out doors weather permitting.
Off street parking is available (no liability for loss or damage).
Full English breakfast is provided with locally sourced produce. Bed & full English breakfast is from £40 per person per night, a deposit of £15 per person is required upon booking & is non refundable unless 7 days notice of cancellation is given. Please let us know of any dietry requirements.
Check in from 14.00 hours & check out is 10.30 a.m.
No smoking & sorry no pets.
