Mill House
Welcome to Mill House, Malpas, which was built for the local miller in 1786.

It has been extensively extended and modernised to provide comfortable guest accommodation.

It's situated in a peaceful rural valley on the Wales Cheshire border. Set in beautiful countryside near Malpas, 3 miles from the small town of Whitchurch, it is an excellent base for visiting North Wales.

It's just a 30 minute drive from Chester, Wrexham and Shrewsbury, and 1 mile from the Iscoyd Park wedding venue.

The comfortable centrally heated accommodation is double glazed throughout.

There are two ensuite bed rooms and one with private bathroom.

Guests are welcome to use the lounge which has an open log fire.

The Granary is adjacent to Mill House and is a compact self-catering bungalow with a double and a twin bed room, comfortable lounge, an open plan kitchen and dining area, and a separate shower and toilet.
It's centrally heated and double glazed. It has a broadband connection available.

The large garden has a small stream running through it which is the Wales / England border. There is plenty of room for parking.
Our secluded valley has virtually no mobile phone reception, but pay phones are available.

We ask guests not to smoke, please. There is no public transport.
