Walk in Wales
… and imbibe pure mountain and coastal air. The Mill and its wonderful location issuperbly placed for the Walker enjoying on our doorstep, The Brecon National Park and just a little further afield three glorious coastlines to walk. We give detailed directions and a little potted history of walks from the Mill. The Drovers Road which runs past us and down to the River, climbs up onto the Black Mountains where in the magnificent distance dramatically perched on its 300' Limestone Crag sits Carreg Cennen Castle surely one of themost romantic and dramatically sited Castles in Wales and only 3 miles from The Mill.

A 30 minute drive will take you to "Waterfall Country" aptley named as nowhere else in Wales is there such a richness and diversity of Waterfalls in such a small area. The fascination of one of these falls is that you can walk behind and under the cascade, details of these walks are in our information booklets in The Hotel Lounge as are many other walks.

Three Coastlines
Three coastlines to choose from, they are unspoilt, uncrowded and have fabulous beaches like Rhossili Bay on the famous Gower Peninsula or the popular Victorian Tenby on the Pembrokeshire Coast. View castles perched on the Carmrthenshire Coastline like Llanstephan or Langharne, scenery that inspired Dylan Thomas to write 'Under Milk Wood.'
