Awarded four stars and a silver accolade by the Tourist Board Quality Assurance Scheme this historic 1850's former Mill House offers quality and comfort in themed rooms. Set in 1/3 acre of mature grounds with lawns, shrubs and fruit trees and just 100 yards from the scenic waters of Oulton Broad.
The Mill House has been renovated to a very high standard over the last 10 years, taking great care and attention to sympathetically restore this former Victorian Mill House. All guest rooms are themed, with stylish decor, TV, hair dryers, beverages, alarm clocks, fluffy towels and robes in all rooms. Free broadband internet access is available via our wireless router. On pure white linen and utilizing quality cutlery we offer a full English breakfast, but also cater for any special dietary needs. We pride ourselves on quality in every aspect. The Mill House has recently undergone major construction in order to provide one single en-suite and a further double en-suite guest room (ground floor and suitable for people who require level access), and a larger guest dining room/conference facility overlooking the gardens.

Accommodation
The Sunflower Room is a double room which overlooks extensive mature gardens at the back of the house. Some say the prettiest room of all, with individually sprung mattress, television, hair dryer, tea/coffee making facilities and antique furniture. The shower room is next door on the landing.

The Daffodil Room is a twin room with the shower room next door on the landing. Again, it has individually sprung mattresses, television, hair dryer, tea/coffee making facilities, fitted double wardrobe and a fitted basin.

The Lily Family En-suite Room comprises of a beautifully decorated double room, individually sprung mattress, cream leather sofa, large double wardrobe, television, hair dryer, tea/coffee making facilities leading to adjoining small bunk bed room, again with sprung mattresses. Separate en-suite shower room. Cot also available on request. Quality fixtures and fittings, fabrics and linens throughout. This suite overlooks extensive mature gardens at the rear of the house. The suite can be booked as a double en-suite, a family of 3 or a family of 4.
Tariff double: 2 people £75.00, family of 3: £85.00, family of 4:£110.00 per night including a freshly prepared breakfast of your choice. Special dietary needs are catered for with prior notice.
The Meadow Room a double with en-suite has been decorated to a very high standard and offers every comfort. The bed has a high quality individually sprung mattress. We have furnished this room with an antique washstand and chair together with a fitted wardrobe, television, hair dryer tea/coffee making facilities and an en-suite shower room. Quality linens and fabrics throughout.

The Daisy Room is our latest double en-suite room. Decorated to the same very high standards and comfort. Situated in the newly completed extension, the Breakfast Room has a fine view of the garden recently awarded a bronze in Lowestoft in Bloom. With the use of pure white linen tablecloths and quality cutlery, what better way to start your day!
