	The elegance and luxury of the art deco period, during the late 1920's and early 1930's is the setting for this splendid bed and breakfast. MILVIL CORNER is one of five individual, art deco house grouped together, just ½ mile from the seafront. A warm welcome awaits you in this newly converted, period house. To fully enjoy the character of this house and to help you relax, the lounge and garden area available for your use. All rooms are ensuite and recently refurbished, with tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, remote control colour television, with DVD and teletext, cd and radio alarm clock, well stocked hospitality tray, full central heating, a selection of complimentary toiletries, complimentary bottled water. Full English and Continental breakfasts are served
	The Oak Room A large double aspect room, ideal for family room. This east facing room has a 6ft bed and the potential for a further two single beds if required. TARIFF 1 person £50 2 people £65 2 people and 1 child £75 2 people and 2 children £80
	The Walnut Room A large, spacious bedroom with an east facing window to catch the morning sun. This room has a 6ft bed and the potential to be used as a twin on request. TARFIFF 1 person £50 2 people £65
	The Cedar Room This room faces west. One of our smaller rooms, but comfortable for double (5ft bed) as well as single occupancy. TARIFF 1 person £40 2 people £50

	The house is situated in a very quiet residential area. A 5 minute walk to the local shops and the beach. The beach is suitable for recreation and overlooks the Isle of Wight. Swimming, sailing, jet skiing, fishing, wind surfing, canoeing, water skiing are all carried out, whilst there is a zoning of water spots. There are cafes and restaurants, shops and a 'Pirates Cove' for children to play in. The centre of Gosport is only 4 miles away. Places of interest here include the explosion museum, The Royal naval Submarine Museum, Fort Brockhurst, Stokes Bay and Stanley Park. It is easy to cath the Gosport Ferry to take you outside Portmouth's Historic Naval Dockyard. This is the home to the famous HMS Victory, HMS Warrior and the Mary Rose. If you prefer shopping, then the shopping outlet, Gunwharf Quays is a must.
