Morlan Hotel is a family run hotel which has recently undergone extensive refurbishment resulting in new bars, a decking patio plus a 75 cover restaurant featuring rustic brick arches and alcoves.

The Morlan Hotel is situated in the centre of Aberporth village on the West Coast of Wales and is just a few minutes walk from Aberporth's two sandy beaches making it popular for both bathing and boating.
Just 8 miles north of Cardigan, our hotel is the ideal base for exploring West Wales or you may just want to enjoy the sand, sea and sun and spend your days lazing around.
You will also have the opportunity to see the diverse wild life ranging from the red kites, buzzards and of course the Cardigan Bay dolphins which often frequent the Aberporth Bay. |
Each of the five bedrooms has its own individual character. Three of the rooms have four-poster beds, one has a Japanese theme, and one is a family sized room that has a separate single room large enough for either a child or another adult.
All rooms have been designed to a very good standard for your comfort.
Every room has an individual access off a large balcony were you can sit and enjoy a restful drink during the summer months. All rooms have a 20 inch colour TV, tea & coffee facilities, hair drier and a private bathroom. New bathrooms. Whirlpool bath in all rooms except Ty Dyffryn (which has a power shower).
All our rooms are named after local areas and places in Aberporth

Welcome to Quackers Bistro! Our restaurant has been taken over by new management in March 2008 and serves a good selection of traditional cuisine with a larger than average choice of vegetarian foods as well as many other delicious choices. If you'd like a copy of the current evening meal menu, please email for details.
There is also an extensive bar menu/takeaway which is very popular with both locals and holidaymakers alike. The restaurant is open for lunches between 12-2.00pm and evening meals from 6-10.00pm daily, seven days a week. Residents' breakfast menu is served between 8-9.30a.m.
The restaurant itself is comfy and spacious featuring much rustic brickwork with arches and alcoves. The décor is (as you've probably guessed) based on a humorous 'duck' theme - delighting young and old alike!
Families are very welcome - small children have their own special 'Ducklings' menu.
