Is a comfortable house where you will find a friendly welcome and home from home comfort. It is situated in a quiet location backing onto woodland. There are 6 letting rooms and there is parking space for 5 cars on the drive. We pride ourselves in offering a quality service at a value for money price.

All rooms have colour TV's. We do not put tea/coffee facilities in the bedrooms as we like to make guests feel at home and use all the facilities of the house including being able to make tea or coffee in the kitchen whenever you like. The kitchen can also be used for light cooking in the evenings. There is a comfortable lounge where you may watch digital TV or bring your own DVD's to watch. There is internet access and use of computer and also wireless connection.

Laundry facilities are available, iron and hairdryer.

It is a no smoking household, but you may step outside into the lovely garden where there are seats you may use while you smoke.

The cost of staying at Mount Joy is single £27.50, twin £48, triple £630. This price does not includes breakfast.

We are close to the famous Bluewater Shopping Centre. (Not to be missed!)
