Oakview is a detached, level access bungalow in the heart of the village below Woodbury Common.
The village has two pubs, a restaurant, Chinese takeaway/fish and chip shop, a general store and post office. Hardware store and Antique Shops. There is a Golf and Country Club and Spa and horse riding facilities nearby.
We are approximately a ten minute drive from Junction 30 on the M5 and a 15 minute drive to Exmouth Seaside with its sandy beaches and the Exe Estuary with sailing boat trips and windsurfing.
The city of Exeter is only a short driveor bus ride away with its beautiful cathedral and quay and new Princesshay Shopping Centre boasting a wide range of shops and restaurants. Exeter airport is also close by.Oakview has two double bedded rooms to let (one en suite). Plus a guests bathroom. Both rooms have tea/coffee making facilities and Freeview T.V.
There is a guest's TV Lounge with Sky TV and Dining area where a full English breakfast is served. A home cooked evening meal is also an optional extra.
