Welcome to the Old Rectory Guest House
Recently built garden rooms, singles, doubles, twin and family rooms, all en-suite with TVs, tea and coffee facilities. We offer a full English breakfast. All rooms have recently been refurbished to a very high standard and all have LCD TV's with Freeview. Wireless internet is also available free of charge.

There is a private car park, also long term parking for Gatwick at reasonable rates. We hold a full fire certificate. Free Parking with an overnight stay for 1 week for December till end of January 2010.

We are five minutes walk to the town centre, bus and rail station, clients, pubs, restaurants and leisure centre close by. Our prices are very reasonable and competitive.

London is only fifty minutes by train. We are twenty minutes from Brighton seaside and eight minutes away from Gatwick airport.

Single Rooms
Within each bedroom you will also find tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary wireless internet access. Access to the bedroom floors is by room key only.
