TERMS and CONDITIONS

PAYMENTS

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking for which a receipt will be sent, provided an address has been given to which to sent it. This deposit is non returnable.

Balance of payment is due on the day of departure by cash or by cheque. For guests staying more than one week, payment is due each Friday for the previous week.

Cheques are to be made payable to Mrs. S.A.B. Wetherimer.

CANCELLATIONS

For cancellations up to two days before guests are due to arrive, there will b no further charge beyond the deposit paid.

For cancellations on either the day before or the days guests are due to arrive, the full amount will be charged for the number of nights the customer booked, as stated on the receipt for the deposit. If another customer is found, a refund of the difference will be given.

NO SHOW

For guests who have booked a room but who fail to arrive, the full booking free will be charged at the current charge.
