Parklands is an attractive stone built Victorian terrace house conveniently located 1 1/2 miles south of Princes Street and all the attractions of the capital and only 4 miles from the Straiton Junction on the Edinburgh City By-Pass.

Easily accessible to the traveller coming from all points of the compass, Parklands also lies on a main bus route, making journeys to the city centre easy and trouble free.
