The Park View Hotel is a small charming, family run hotel set in a well maintained Grade II listed Georgian building. Noted for its peace and quiet, overlooking Bury Meadow park, within easy walking distance of the city centre.

Being in such a unique position the Park View is near to all main bus and rail stations. Exeter University, Northcott Theatre and many of Exeter's facilties including a wide range of restaurants.

All bedrooms offer exceptionally high standards of comfort. Colour television, tea and coffee making facilities and direct dial telephones. Most rooms have their own en suite facilities. there is the convenience of access to your room all day.

Breakfast is taken in our bright airy dining room, which opens onto the garden patio area, with its pond and waterfall feature. A wide selection is available from our breakfast menu.

The Park View overlooks Bury Meadow Park which is a 10 minute walk from the centre of the city. Exeter University and the Northcott Theatre stand to the rear of the hotel across the Hoopern Valley.

While in Exeter you cannot resist visiting glorious Exeter Cathedral or the sights of the city dating back to Roman times.

With a 20 minute drive you can be relaxing on one of Devon's many beautiful beaches or visiting a picturesque village, with of course allowing time to stop for a cream tea.

At next lights follow City Centre and carry on through Heavitree, at fork inroad keep right.

At next roundabout take 2nd Exit into Paris Street, follow Crediton andUniversity signs across City Centre and carry on until Clock TowerRoundabout.

At Clock Tower take last exit into Elm Grove Rd, turn left at top of road inHowell Road.
