Ecklinville (built 1924) and Poachers Den (a recently renovated and detached cottage) are set in two acres of gardens and landscaped woodlands, offering Bed & Breakfast and Self Catering accommodation in a friendly and homely atmosphere in a country environment, just 400 yards from Holbeach town centre and 200 yards from the nearest pub. Ideal for holidays, cosy winter breaks, short and medium stays, touring the Fens, business, house buying and other overnight stays. | Bed & Breakfast Ecklinville is the main house and has recently been renovated and redecorated to a high standard. The property is ideally situated only a few minutes walk from Holbeach town centre and just 200 yards away from the nearest pub! Accommodation comprises a double room, a family room and a single room. There is a guest's lounge and also a separate dining room. At the rear of the house there are two acres of extensive gardens which are open to use by guests. The double room has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The family room has one double bed and two single bunk beds and also has en-suite bathroom facilities. The single room has a single bed but can accommodate twin beds if so required. There are private bathroom facilities across the hallway. All rooms have colour television and hair dryer. Guests have the use of their own private lounge, which is decorated to a high standard and has very comfortable furniture. Breakfast is taken in the separate dining room. Bed and Breakfast accommodation is also available in Poachers Den cottage. |

| Self Catering Poachers Den is a recently renovated, self contained, detached cottage within the grounds of Ecklinville and is available on either a self catering or bed & breakfast basis. Accommodation comprises a twin room and a double room (with four poster bed) both with en suite bathrooms including a bath and separate shower. There is a well-furnished sitting room along with a separate dining room. At the rear of the cottage there is a conservatory/sun lounge facing the extensive gardens. There is also a well equipped kitchen where you will find everything that you need to make your stay a comfortable one. Amenities include: |

| Pets are welcome in Poachers Den with prior arrangement. There is ample parking on site so you needn't worry if you are bringing more than one car. The cottage can accommodate disabled visitors but please check with us when making your booking as to whether we are able to fully cater for your circumstances. |

| Location Poachers Den and Ecklinville are located on the southern outskirts of Holbeach, a market town right in the middle of the Fens. You can reach Holbeach on the A17 from the East and North, or on the A151 from the West. Poachers Den stands on the B1168 (Fen Road) coming South out of Holbeach, just a couple of houses past the Tudor Way turning. |
