Psalter House is located in the suburb of Brincliffe, one mile South West of Sheffield city centre and the railway and bus stations.

Recently refurbished but retaining much of the charm and character of an Edwardian property, Psalter House offers a quiet, comfortable and friendly place to stay.

We are within walking distance of the Universities, Halls of Residence, Hospitals, Ecclesall Road with its small exclusive shops and wide variety of restaurants. We are a ten minute walk from Collegiate Crescent where many University courses are held.

Offering family, double or twin rooms each has either en suite or private bathrooms, colour television, DVD player, radio, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Private on site or street parking on Clifford Road are available.

Children over four years old, pets and well behaved adults are welcome.

We welcome everyone here to Psalter House; please inform us of any special requirements upon booking.

There are fire extinguishers on the 1st floor and 2nd floor
Smoke alarms are fitted.

Arrival
Parking is available outside Psalter House or on the driveway;
There are two 8" steps into the building and the front door is 33" wide.
Luggage assistance is available

Bedrooms
Bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor both bedrooms and bathrooms are carpeted throughout; all doorways measure 29" wide.

A non slip bathmat is available

The bedrooms are lockable and guests are provided with a front door key.
Televisions and DVD's are remote controlled.

Each bedroom has main lighting controllable from the door and there are bedside lamps on each side of the bed.

Heating is thermostatically controlled and adjustable in all guest rooms.

Guest Rooms
The dining room floor is carpeted throughout; a selection of DVD's are available within the dining room.

Guide Dogs
We would welcome guide dogs as well as other dogs.

Dietary Issues
We would always endeavour to cater for any specific dietary needs providing they are discussed beforehand, in order that we may have adequate supplies. We do cater for vegetarians.

Allergies
We do use nuts in the kitchen.
The duvets and pillows are all hypo allergenic synthetic material
