| The Queens Hotel is situated in the centre of Ambleside right in the heart of the lake District and is ideally placed for touring the magnificent Lakeland countryside.We are open throughout the year and offer special breaks for stays of 3 or more nights. We are renowned for giving excellent value for money with many of our guests returning frequently. We have 26 individually designed comfortable bedrooms all with private en suite facilities, some have 4 poster beds and/or jacuzzi baths. All rooms have colour TV with satellite channels, radio, telephone, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. |
| The Queens Hotel is a free house serving real ales, specialising in local breweries, fine foods and a good selection of malt whiskies. We serve an extensive range of bar meals from 12 noon until 9.20pm each day, using fresh produce and offering excellent value. Our menus include a varied range of vegetarian meals. These are served in the bar area, and non smoking restaurant.   Candlelit dinners served in our Victorian restaurant creating a cosy intimate atmosphere. To complement you meal we offer a choice of competitively priced wines from around the world. We have 26 individually designed comfortable bedrooms all with private en suite facilities, some with four poster or Jacuzzi baths. All of our rooms have Sky TV, radio, direct dial telephone, and tea and coffee making facilities.
 Victorias restaurant is open from 7.00pm until 9.30pm daily offering meals in a cosy and intimate surrounding. To compliment your meal we offer a choice of competitively priced wines from around the world. We welcome non residents. |
