A friendly, informal and comfortable guest house, conveniently located for York, the Wolds and the East Coast.

The accommodation we offer includes either spacious comfortable suites in the main guest house or luxury log cabins situated within our extensive gardens.
All our rooms are non smoking. We welcome dogs, but not in all rooms, so please ring us to check availability before booking, to avoid disappointment.

All our rooms are non smoking.

The rooms in the main house and cottage are either twin bedded or king sized. They are all very pleasantly decorated and equipped with en-suite facilities with shower, welcome pack of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits, books, digital colour television with freeview, hairdryer and ironing facilities. Each room also has a breathtaking countryside view.

We also have a family suite, ideal for larger parties or the larger family, equipped with two bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower. The main bedroom has a double bed and a single bed and the second room has another single bed. Also included is a welcome pack of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits, books, digital colour television with freeview, hairdryer and ironing facilities. This suite also has excellent views over the surrounding countryside.

Room 7 is a family room with 1 double bed and 2 singles and is suitable for a well behaved dog, please see our dog policy. Room 8 is on the ground floor and has direct access to the car park. This room has a wet room and can either be twin or super king. It is suitable for a well behaved dog, please see our dog policy.

Our two log cabins, rooms one and two, have double beds are well equipped with en-suite facilities with shower, welcome pack of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits, books, digital colour television with freeview, hairdryer and ironing facilities. They also have a balcony with sitting area overlooking the lovely, peaceful, garden. They are suitable for well behaved dogs, please see our dog policy.

Enjoy breakfast in our spaciously built conservatory, which caters for up to 20 people and enjoys fabulous views of the wolds and surrounding countryside.

Included in our tariffs are a choice of Full English or the lighter continental style breakfasts. All our breakfasts are freshly cooked to order, with fresh, locally sourced ingredients using our own fresh eggs.

In addition, and by arrangement only, there is a tempting selection of freshly prepared evening meals, homecooked using local produce where possible.

Special diets can be catered for.
