A friendly, informal and comfortable guest house, conveniently located for York, the Wolds and the East Coast.

Whether here for a holiday, a romantic break or on business, we can offer you a quiet country location whilst still being accessible to the surrounding areas. The local pubs are just a leisurely five to ten minutes walk away.

Bedrooms

All our rooms are cosy and equipped with en-suite facilities, welcome pack of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits, colour television, hairdryer and ironing facilities. Each room also has a breathtaking countryside view.

Meals

Included in our tariffs are a choice of Full English or the lighter continental style breakfasts.

In addition, and by arrangement only, there is a tempting selection of freshly prepared evening, home cooked using local produce where possible.

Special diets can be catered for.
