IDEAL LOCATION
In a quiet lane but close to a good bus route. We have parking and are only a short drive from town. Lovely Green Island beach, with its award for the highest standard of water cleanliness, is only 200 metres away. |

Heading East from St Helier along the A4 coast road pass Samares Methodist Church on your left. Shortly after turn left into Rue de Samares (opposite the little sign pointing right to Green Island Beach). We are 100 metres ahead on the left. |

No tax or service charge will be added to your bill. Full English breakfast is normally served 8.30 to 9.00 a.m. Continental breakfast earlier on request.
Children
We offer reduced rates for children sharing family accommodation. There is no charge for a child under 2 sleeping in a cot. We recommend a telephone call to discuss your family requirements.
Inclusive holidays
We can arrange package holidays including travel by air or sea, transfers and insurance. These offer excellent value and can be tailored to your own individual requirements. Everything can be arranged with one telephone call to us. We can also arrange car and bicycle hire.
Enjoy your stay
We are a small family run friendly establishment. Your room, our facilities and assistance are available to you throughout your stay. Our only 'rule' is that guests and particularly their children respect the need of others for quiet enjoyment of their stay.
Reservations
Please telephone or email to check that the accommodation you require is available and to make a provisional booking. Then complete the booking form and send it to us with your deposit of £40 per person per week or part week. We shall confirm your reservation by return.
Cancellations etc
The deposit will be forfeited in the event of cancellation, unless one month's clear notice is received and we are able to re let the accommodation. In the unfortunate event of cancellation within one month prior to arrival, late arrival, or departure prior to the expiry of a reservation, the bed & breakfast rate will be charged if we are unable to re let the accommodation. Please note that different arrangements apply to inclusive packages, please see the special booking form.
Insurance
Because of these terms and conditions we strongly recommend insurance to cover all accommodation and travel charges.
Arrival and Departure
Guests are welcome to arrive in the morning, afternoon, or evening, but we ask you to notify us in advance of your travel arrangements and estimated time of arrival, so that we can prepare for you. Nevertheless, bedrooms maynot be available for occupancy until after midday although we shall make every effort to make you comfortable.We request that on the day of departure bedrooms are vacated by 10.00 am to enable them to be cleanedand serviced. You are welcome to use our other facilities until your departure time.
Payment of Accounts
We ask that all accounts be settled in full before departure. Payment may be in cash (British pounds or Euros) or travellers cheques (British pounds only). British Personal cheques are accepted only if presented 14 days before departure, unless within the limit of a bank guarantee card. Credit and debit cards accepted.
Outdoor Swimming Pool
The pool is unattended and therefore children and non-swimmers must not bathe unaccompanied. Children must be supervised by adults in the pool.
Conditions
We accept reservation and provide accommodation and services in accordance with this general information. Our terms of business exclude responsibility for loss, damage, injury, or delay. Items of value may be deposited for safekeeping.
