12 miles SW of Norwich, on minor road off the A11. Children especially enjoy farmhouse holidays and they will be in their element at Rose Farm. Joy and Douglas Durrant's warm and friendly bed and breakfast establishment. Situated on the outskirts of the village.

Rose Farm stands in 5 acres of open pasture land. The two donkeys, Joy's special pets, are always particularly popular with visitors. The farmhouse itself is some 300 years old and was Douglas' original family home. It was converted into a bed and breakfast accommodation in 1980, with all modern amenities provided.

There are four well-appointed guest rooms, all conveniently located on the ground floor. All the rooms have television and tea making facilities, and both a bathroom and a shower room are available.

Rose Farm is open all year (apart from Christmas and New Year) and everyone is welcome: children, smokers, no smoking - by arrangement only and dogs too.

For anyone planning to explore central Norfolk, the farm is well positioned. Wymondham Abbey is close by and Snetterton Race Circuit only 6 miles.

Norwich with its multitude of attractions is just a dozen miles away, and in less than an hour you can drive to the sandy beaches of the east Norfolk coast.
