The town of Rugby, with a population of just under one hundred thousand people, is the second largest city in the county of Warwickshire but in terms of importance and cultural relevance it is hard to think of a city more appropriate than Rugby. Frank Whittle, the inventor of the jet engine, was working in Rugby's British Thomson-Houston Works when he finally cracked the code and invented the engine that would forever change the world we live in.

Anybody visiting Rugby today will be treated to a vast array of fascinating sights. The Rugby School Museum is great for those interested in the history of education while the Rugby Football Museum is the perfect destination for sports fans. The truth of the matter is that there is really something for everything in this definitive town and the best way to experience the real Rugby is to simply walk around the city and take in the many fantastic visual phenomena that can be seen everywhere you turn.
