The San Remo Hotel stands some 50 metres from the lovely clear waters of one of Falmouth's most beautiful beaches - Gyllyngvase, awarded Blue Flag Status in 2003 - and yet remains within easy walking distance of the town, harbour, Pavilion Theatre and the National Maritime Museum.
Owned and run by husband and wife team, Ann and Roger, it is the perfect location from which to enjoy Falmouth, without the need for a car. An abundance of shops and restaurants lie within easy walking distance making the town a great place for shopping or for dining out, which we ourselves like to enjoy. For this reason we operate on a bed and breakfast basis only. |

At the San Remo we have ten comfortably furnished rooms, most of which enjoy sea views, comprising 4 doubles, 3 twin, 2 single and 1 family room. All rooms have television, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryers. Eight provide en suite facilities whilst the remaining twin and single rooms share a bathroom. We also have a very comfortable guest lounge and a bright airy breakfast room.
Outside we have a raised patio enjoying views across Falmouth Bay as far as the distant Lizard Peninsula. Ample off-road parking is available. | ||||

The town of Falmouth has many excellent pubs, bars and restaurants catering for all ages and tastes. There are regular ferries across the water to picturesque St Mawes and many other boat trips are also available from the town's Prince of Wales Pier.![]() Walking through the cobbled streets, you will pass shops where the mouth watering aroma of the famous Cornish Pasties fill the air and cafes where the sight of tempting cream teas will make it very hard for you to keep to that diet! The Coastal Path is also close by, offering miles of scenic walks (for the more energetic!). Many of Cornwall's beautiful sub-tropical gardens and other various attractions are within easy reach of the San Remo and the world famous Eden Project is only some 40 minutes drive away. |
