Sea Tree House Set right in the heart of Lyme Regis in a quiet position overlooking the famous Cobb harbour, Sea Tree House offers delightful self-catering apartments with spectacular seaviews. Each apartment sleeps 2/4 so is perfect for an off season romantic weekend for a couple or for a beach holiday with young children in the summer.
The dining area overlooks the sea, perfect for a romantic meal, lit first by the setting sun and then by candles.
Sea Tree House is a grand Georgian house dating back over 200 years and was lovingly restored by the owner, David Parker. In this main building, both Tulip Tree Apartment and Tamarind Tree Apartment are in an elevated position with large lounge and bay windows overlooking the sea.
Arranged on each floor, the self catering accommodation is in completely private, one bedroomed apartments with individual lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Within the calm and gentle atmosphere of Sea Tree House, each spacious apartment is uniquely different but shares the same standard of furnishings and elegant decor.
Each Apartment has a magnificent bright sitting room with views over the sea and coastline | Sea Tree Cottage In additions to the two apartments in the main house we now have a new apartment, Sea Tree Cottage. Converted from an old Georgain Coach House, Sea Tree Cottage is a delightful bright and cheerful self contained holiday apartment with sea views from both the bedroom and the lounge. It is set in a quiet position above the gardens leading down to the sea.
All apartments have sea views and are rated a high 4 Star by the Tourist Board through Enjoy England.

Apartments
All apartments have sea views and are graded a high 4 star. Both Tamarind and Tulip Tree Apartments are in an elevated position, with large lounge and bay windows overlooking the sea.
Tamarind Tree Ground floor sleeps 2+2. One twin bedded room and extra bed if required. Separate bathroom. Separate kitchen. French windows opening onto the garden.
Tulip Tree First Floor. Sleeps 2+1. One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Separate kitchen.

Situated in West Dorset, Lyme Regis is a historical unspoilt seaside resort and fishing port on the world famous Cobb harbour. Surrounded by beautiful coastlines and countrside, the area has now been awarded World Hertiage Site Status; famous for its geology and fossil finds.
The town is steeped in history and has literary connections with Thomas Hardy and Jane Austen. It also provided the setting for the film "French Lieutenant's Woman" from John Fowles's book. In an area of outstanding natural beauty, there are countless secluded haunts and walks far away from the crowds, madding and otherwise! And views from the cliff tops along Dorset's coastal path are simply breathtaking. |
