The historic Spa town of Buxton is located centrally within England's Peak District National Park. Renowned for its therapeutic spa water since Roman Times, Buxton has traditionally been a place of rest and relaxation.

The House
Built by renowned architects Parker and Unwin in the 1890's specifically as a lodging house, Sevenways is a remarkable example of a Grade II listed Victorian house. Constructed of Sandstone and Mock Tudor, with stone mullioned windows in most rooms along with 2 private balconies, Sevenways is indeed a property of notable charm and character.

Breakfast at Sevenways is prepared and served in a clean and friendly environment. Breakfast is served at individual tables in our Guest Dining Room, with serving times ranging from 7am to 10am. Aside from the traditional Full English Breakfast, we also offer a Continental Breakfast along with breakfast catering for vegetarians.

1 College Road, Centrally located but reassuringly secluded
Located on the prestigious College Road, Sevenways is a short walk away from all that Buxton has to offer.
The main town centre being a leisurely 3 minute stroll through the picturesque 23 acre pavilion gardens. Pooles Cavern Country Park and the Opera House, to name but a few attractions, are also within easy walking distance.
The House is however, set well back from College Road and is nestled amidst mature tree-lined gardens, offering sanctuary for guests wishing privacy and seclusion.
Guests also have the added benefit of our ample off road car parking area.

Guests Lounge
The Guest Lounge retains all of its original features and had lost none of its Victorian appeal. It is an ideal place for guests to socialize, relax or to plan the next day's events.

The Bedrooms
Sevenways offers 9 bedrooms for guests to choose from, situated over 2 floors and offering variation in décor and style. All guest bedrooms are well presented, spacious and fully en suite.
All rooms are also equipped with colour televisions, tea and coffee making facilities.
All bedrooms have large windows with good views overlooking the gardens that enable guests to enjoy the natural sunlight.
We can also provide an ironing service on request.
During the summer months our balcony rooms provide guests with the opportunity to enjoy the sun in complete privacy.

At Sevenways we pride ourselves on the level of comfort we offer our guests. Guest bedrooms are meticulously maintained.
With charges for Bed and Breakfast starting from £25.00 per person per night, we feel that Sevenways is great value for money, allowing guests to enjoy luxurious surroundings at affordable prices.
