The Shellard Hotel, commended by the English Tourist Board, opened in May 1989. The hotel is situated in a quiet family area but within close reach of the Pleasure Beach and South Pier.

Tastefully decorated the hotel prides itself on providing a comfortable and relaxed environment for all.

A passenger lift is provided to most of the rooms. All rooms are en-suite, have central heating, remote control colour T.V., radio/alarm and tea and coffee making facilities.

The hotel bar has a Golf theme and features an abundance of signed memorabilia and related décor.

Food is traditional and home made, with a choice of two simple straight forward menus being offered each day.

All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of receipt, and the tariffs applicable according to season.
A deposit of £30 per adult and £15 per child is required to secure the booking.
All rooms are strictly non-smoking.
Meal times are pre-arranged, if arrival time is after 5pm a cold plate will be provided.
Checkout time is 10.30am on departure day.
The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for guest's property.
Car park is limited and strictly first come, first served. Keys must be handed in to reception.
If utilising the car park, keys must be handed in at reception, if you are not happy to do this please make alternative parking arrangements.
Deposits are strictly non-refundable, and serve as an administration fee. Holiday Insurance is strongly recommended.

In the event of any cancellation or curtailment, should the accommodation not be re-let, the person whose signature appears on the booking form will be liable to pay for the cost of the holiday less food and service charges.

Accounts must be settled prior to or on arrival.
The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract, should the conduct of any party causing any detriment to the well-being or comfort of other guests.
