Set in a rural situation and backing onto a bridleway with stunning views over the Chiltern beech woods, home of the famous red kites, it is an ideal location for country-lovers but still within easy reach of London, Oxford, Windsor and Stratford on Avon.

If you are a rambler or walker, you are already at the beginning of your route into the magnificent Chilterns' countryside which is right outside the front door. Within easy walking or driving distance are numerous hamlets, villages and pubs.
