Prices start from as little as £22 per person per night. We offer a discount for 4 or more consecutive nights and for children under 16.

Rooms

We have 3 double rooms, 1 family room,1 twin room, 2 triple rooms, 1 single room and our premier suite.

All of our rooms have en-suite shower, toilet and washing facilities. They have a similar high standard of decoration and equipment: free colour television, Coffee & Tea making facilities, biscuits, hairdryer, towel, soap and shower gel.

Prices from £22 per person per night for Bed and Breakfast.

Evening meals are available in our Dining Room at just £7.50 extra and meals for accompanied children under 14 are charged at half of the adult rate.

Lounge Bar - very reasonably priced. Enjoy a drink here before you go out or better still, stay in and enjoy a relaxing time here at the hotel.

Facilities

The hotel is south-facing with a patio area, sun lounge, lounge bar and dining room all on the ground floor.

Lovely views over Gynn Gardens, the promenade and the sea - "It's like a moving picture".

Ideally suited to families and couples, you can be sure of a very warm welcome here at the South-Lea Hotel. Many of our guests return time and again because of the close proximity to all that Blackpool has to offer, yet with our more peaceful and relaxed area to return to after your holiday activities.

We are just a short taxi journey away from 'Blackpool North' railway sation and the Coach Park.

The hotel is within walking distance of Blackpool's town centre amenities yet far enough away from the noise to enjoy a restful stay in one of the most sought after and well-established prime holiday locations that Blackpool has to offer.

Trams and buses frequently pass along the promenade, stopping 100 yards away from where you will be staying. They can transport you to: Lytham St Annes, South Shore, Pleasure Beach, Sand Castle, Piers, Town Centre (shopping and night life), Bispham, Cleveleys and Fleetwood.
