St Ann's House is a small quiet, family-run Guest House, only 10 minutes walk from the town centre of Inverness, the Highland Capital.

Proprietors: Morris and Marion Macleod

Five rooms have en-suite facilities and one single room with a private bathroom.
All rooms are equipped with Colour TV/DVD, Tea/coffee making facilities and a hair drier.
An Ironing Board and Iron are also available if required by guests.

St Ann's boasts a comfortable lounge for the sole use of guests.
The house also benefits from a restricted liquor licence allowing drinks to be served to residents.

Breakfast is served in our spacious new garden conservatory.

The secluded garden is a feature of St Ann's and guests are welcome to spend time in the tranquil setting.

Inverness is an ideal holiday centre with many local attractions such as Cawdor Castle and Culloden Battlefield both just a ten minute drive from the centre of town. For the more adventurous, the Isle of Skye or even Orkney are accessible by day trip from Inverness. Not to be missed are cruises on Loch Ness with every chance to spot the elusive monster or dolphin watching boat trips on the Moray Firth where you are almost bound to spot these entertaining creatures.

Hill walking, forest walks and bird watching are all available nearby.
There are 28 golf courses to choose from, all within an hour's drive of Inverness.
Shops and all kinds of restaurants abound.
Every weekend during the summer there will be a Highland Games taking place somewhere in the Inverness-shire area.

Dogs cannot be accommodated.

How to Find Us:

From A9 South:

Turn left at roundabout just before the Kessock Bridge onto dual carriageway. Drive straight through the next three roundabouts and cross the River Ness by the Friars Bridge. At the next roundabout turn left at the third exit onto Harrowden Road. St Ann's is two thirds up on the right.

From A82 (Loch Ness):

At first set of traffic lights you come across turn left onto Kenneth Street (sign-posted Beauly) at roundabout turn first left onto Harrowden Road.
