StationCottages are charming Victorian railway cottages, built circa 1850, which have been tastefully yet sympathetically restored, to provide a wonderful family run bed and breakfast, positioned within Scotland's firstNational Park. Splendid, unique picturesque views of the west riverside are enjoyed from the bedrooms, lounge/dining room. With just a short 3 minute walk out of the patio doors, along the riverside pathway, takes you straight onto theromantic breath taking shores of LOCH LOMOND and Scotland's newest multimillion pound visitor attraction. Our cottagesare conveniently situated in the very heart of Balloch village, from where there are beautiful scenic views of LOCH LOMOND, the river Leven and the surrounding hills, the largestbeing BEN LOMOND. The nearby pleasure cruises, whichleave from Balloch Bridge, sail up the loch to Luss village and pass close to Inchmurrin island.

Conveniently positioned at the main gateway to the highlands and islands there is for your enjoyment: - golfing, walking, cycling, fishing, clay pigeon shooting, watersports, sailing, boat hire, shopping, transport, cash point, tourist information, all within easy reach. Horse riding and pony trekking can be found just outside Balloch.

There are also 10 different restaurants/hotelsall within an easy few minutes walking distance. Off road parking is provided, so you can easily park your car for the night, and enjoy a leisurely stroll to the nearby hotels/bars/restaurants.
Alternatively if travelling on business to the West of Scotland, Station Cottages is only 20 minutes by car from Glasgow city centre, or 15 minutes by car from Glasgow airport. Whateveryour reason for travel, a very warm Scottish welcome awaits you at Station Cottages.

Large cottage: three of our bedrooms have en-suite facilities, while the fourth bedroom has a private bathroom. The rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished, with colour television. For guest's comfort and safety we are a non-smoking establishment. You can relax in our comfortable lounge with an open Victorian fire, or weather permitting, enjoy the Loch Lomond parkland on the west riverside of the river Leven. Pleasure cruises sail up the river into Loch Lomond.

Cancellations Conditions
You are strongly advised to consider cancellation insurance. Without cancellation cover you will be held responsible for the full holiday cost, in the unfortunate event of a cancellation. If you wish to take the Travellers Protection Services Ltd Cancellation plan (UK residents only), then please either telephone 01389 750759 and a form will be posted to you. Please advise us as soon as possible if you should need to cancel or reschedule your accommodation reservation. From the south
M6 The end of the motorway leads onto the A74 A74 Becomes the M74 M74 Exit at junction 4 leading onto M73 M73 Exit at junction 2 leading onto M8 Glasgow/City Centre M8 Exit at junction 30 leading onto M898 M898 Becomes A898 Erskine bridge (60p toll). Keep to left hand lane when crossing the bridge. Join A82 A82 (Crianlarich) Follow the signs for Loch Lomond. On approaching Loch Lomond turn right at the Stoneymollan roundabout. Follow signs for the tourist information centre. We are situated next to the TIC, which is across from the train station.
